Public sex is a turn on for lots of people and particularly now that we’re living in what neoroscientist Ogi Ogas has termed a golden age of exhibitionism.
In fact some suggest that the increased interest among couples and lovers to get-down in public is due to how we live our lives publicly online! Sex is just an extension of the way we have become accustomed to so much of our personal lives being on display via social media and the like.
If that sounds nuts then what might sounds still more crazy is the fact that the trend and interest in public sex has grown in recent years! Some believe that in particular public sex is appealing to women because it makes them feel like an object of desire.
Another aspect of course is the thrill of getting caught. The idea of doing something prohibited is a huge turn on to many and in particular it would seem to the Irish! In 2017 Pornhub announced that ‘outdoor’ was 170% more popular a search in Ireland than anywhere else and that Irish Pornhub users were 45% more likely to look up ‘public’. And to think they have rubbish weather there most of the time.
Well it seems that as long as we grow more and more accustomed to sharing aspects of our lives (ahem) with everyone, even strangers, than the craze for public sex is going nowhere!
