A lot of us will have been involved in some form of transaction of nudes or sending naked photos, often in an online dating scenario. Sometimes it can be through mutual consent or invitation but more often than not the dynamic is the not-so-ok ‘unsolicited dick pic’. In fact, a startling amount of women on dating apps admit to having been sent dick pics by men who haven’t asked them out on a date or even properly engaged them in conversation! On on of side of the spectrum this actually counts as online harassment, but on the other side this is simply really inept wooing and it’s not going to get you anywhere, unless you’re Michael Fassbender.
Here’s 6 tips to doing nudes and dick pics for higher success rate with the ladies
1. Chat and tell
Sending a dick pic after you’ve just started chatting to a girl or guy when they have said nothing that’s either teasing or come-hither is just a plain old no-no. Even if they ask for a photo, assume that they want to see your face and body and not just your appendage. Talk to them! They might ask you later!
2. Include your face
It could be that you’re literally more self-conscious of your face than you are of your dick, but nobody wants a faceless dick pic. Why? Because it literally could be anyone’s! You could have taken it off the internet, off a mate (weird), or whatever. A lot of people avoid including their faces because they obviously don’t want to be recognisable in case the photos go elsewhere (see below for more on this). But show us the face!
3. Maybe your penis is not your best asset
So maybe you don’t have the most photogenic dick. It may be hard to hear but seriously, perhaps it’s best you just don’t send one. It’s nothing to do with size etc (which anyway doesn’t matter genuinely, since the vast majority of women come from clitoral stimulation and oral sex) but maybe it just doesn’t do that well in the cold harsh light of a photo!
4. Tease it
Everyone likes to be made to wait. So perhaps work up to the big reveal rather than let it all hang out immediately! Send a photo of your lower abdomen, your stomach, whatever you think is suitably attractive part of your body that might tease the eventual dick pic.
5. Don’t send dick pics until you’ve met
Just play it a bit safe! Considering you have no idea who this stranger might be, it’s perhaps best to meet up and get a sense of them before you send nudes or dick pics. They might be the type of person who screengrabs your messages and sends them to their friends. Meet up and figure out if you can trust them and absolutely don’t send photos with your face in them until then.
6. Consider writing something hot instead
Women in particular aren’t as visually triggered as men are when it comes to sex and in fact often enjoy reading something dirty. So why don’t you write something filthy rather than sending a pic? Less risky and probably much more of a turn-on.
