What has happened?

Xpanded has experienced a cyberattack which has affected parts of our service. As a result, some features that you would normally expect to find on Xpanded are temporarily unavailable.

We know that many of you visit Xpanded regularly and notice immediately when something is missing. We also know how frustrating it is when a service you want to use is not there. Our team is working around the clock to restore affected services and get everything fully online as soon as possible.

What can you use right now?

Xpanded TV is available now. You can watch on Sky Channel 902 at any time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can also watch on Freeview Channel 671 from midnight to 7am. If you cannot find Xpanded TV, rescan your box and check your parental settings.

The current Xpanded TV daytime and Nightshow phone lines are also live. You can find the available UK, mobile and Irish calling options on our Phone Sex Chat pages and the Xpanded TV section.

What are we restoring?

Other parts of the Xpanded experience are still being brought back online. These include services and features that are currently marked as coming soon across the site.

We are not going to give you a date before we are confident it is accurate. What we can say is that the work is active, it is ongoing, and our aim is to restore the remaining services as quickly as possible.
