What to include in a notice

your name and contact details;
identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed;
the exact Xpanded URL or other information that lets us identify the material;
an explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorised;
a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for the rights owner;
your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We will review properly submitted notices and may remove or restrict access to material while a claim is investigated. We may contact the person who supplied the material and may request further information where needed.
