What you need to connect:

How to connect:

1. Plug in your headset/microphone

2. Login with your Xpanded.com account

3. Click the green 'Click to open keypad' button under the 'Call in browser' option

4. Your browser will prompt for access to your microphone. Click Allow.

5. When prompted, enter the account & pin number on the keypad

6. Wait to be connected

To keep watching Xpanded TV on Freeview, you will need to retune after (not before!) midday on Monday 28th March 2022.

Retuning is super simple. And while the process may vary slightly depending on what TV you have, it usually follows these steps:

1. Press menu on your TV remote.

2. Select ‘set-up’, ‘installation’, ‘update’, or a similar option. If you’re asked for a password, the default code is ‘1234’ or ‘0000’.

3. Select ‘first-time installation’ (sometimes called ‘factory reset’, ‘full retune’ or ‘default settings’).

4. If asked if it's OK to delete existing channels, press ‘OK’ and your retune should start automatically. If prompted to, save the channels that are found.

No. TV viewers will not hear your conversation with the presenter. However, other callers will have the option to eavesdrop on your conversation.

You will be told your place in the call queue, so you can decide whether you want to wait.

While you’re waiting, you can eavesdrop on other callers’ conversations with the presenter.

Yes. If the TV presenter is busy, you can call our VIP number to jump the call queue. You will be charged a higher per-minute rate (the exact rate will be advertised on the screen beside the VIP number). However, you’ll spend less time waiting to chat to our gorgeous TV babe!
