Calling Webcam Numbers

If you are trying to connect to webcam by calling the 09 number and cannot connect, your network provider might be blocking your access to premium numbers and adult services or limiting your spend.

• Contact your network provider to fix this problem.

Or

• Simply avoid all network restrictions and pay for calls with Credits instead.

Using iOS 17?

Try switching off Private Relay in your iCloudsettings

1. Go to Settings on your device

2. iCloud > Private Relay

3. Tap the "Private Relay" toggle

4. Select "Turn Off Private Relay" to confirm the changes

Using iOS 15?

Change your Safari settings

1. Go to Settings on your iPad or iPhone.

2. Select Safari > Advanced > Experimental Features

3. Disable NSURLSession WebSocket.

When you then connect for Webcam Chat, you may find the stream is still blank. Simply pause the live stream, click play again, and it should work.

Using mac?

Change your Safari settings

If you are using Safari on macOSX, you may have trouble connecting for webcam chat.

To fix this, we recommend you untick NSURLSession Websocket by going the following menu items below:

1. Safari > Preferences

2. In the 'Advanced' tab, tick the "Show develop menu in menu bar'. Close the popup

3. Next, from the Safari menu bar click Develop > Experimental features and untick 'NSURLSession WebSocket'

When you connect for cam chat, you may find the stream is blank/black. Simply pause the live stream and then click play again.

The most popular way to pay for Webcam Chat on Xpanded is by phone.

Simply call the number shown on the model’s profile (you may need to log in to see it). Then, follow the instructions on the call to connect for Webcam Chat on your laptop or chosen device.

Don’t hang up your phone until you’re done on the Webcam Chat. The cost of your Webcam Chat will be discreetly added to your phone bill.
